SwissBorg Series A: Reward Summary and Distribution Timeline

We're extremely grateful for your unwavering support throughout our Series A fundraising period. As we're now busy following up on financial and legal processes to officially conclude the Series A fundraiser, we'd like to take this opportunity to summarise the offers provided and clarify expectations regarding the rewards distribution. For more detailed information, please refer to the fundraiser T&C.

Perks

Debit card:

You are eligible if you have invested an amount of at least CHF 1,500 or USDC 1,500 between 13/12/22 at 17:00 CET and the date on which the total amount subscribed to the Public Sale reached the equivalent of CHF 10’000’00. Also, all Genesis Premium users and Pegasus Club members who invested in the Private Sale or the Public Sale shall be entitled to receive the SwissBorg Debit Card.

• The debit card is in the product roadmap of the company and we will start to work on it as soon as possible. This is a very complex project and we want to make sure that once you receive the card, it has been fully tested for security and reliability. 
• Our conservative estimates suggest that we will be able to start distributing cards by the 3rd quarter of 2024.
• You, of course, will be one of the first to receive the cards. 

CHSB Cash-back Program

We offered a cash-back option in two instances:

• At the beginning of the fundraising for users who participated in the private round and preferred to switch to the public round 
• In the closing days of the fundraiser

If you have any questions about your cashback from the first days of investing, please open a ticket with support with your transaction details.

The transition from private round to public round:

The amount of CHSB to be attributed to each Eligible Person is calculated as follows:

1. Ten percent (10%) of the Individual Investment Amount invested in the Public Sale during the first twenty-four (24) hour period after the launch thereof; and
2. Five percent (5%) of the Individual Investment Amount invested in the Public Sale in the subsequent twenty-four (24) hour period.

Series A closing:

Investors who bought or topped up SwissBorg shares between Wednesday, March 29 2023 13:00 PM CET and March 31st 2023 20:00 PM CET

• existing investors = 20% on top-ups
• new investors “ICO” = 15%
• new investors “Premium” = 10%
• new investors “Standard” = 5%

• We'll need some time to calculate all the cashbacks and to review extraordinary cases individually. 
• Also, we need to align with finance and legal to ensure that the process follows all legal and financial requirements. 
• We expect to be able to send the cashback before the end of April.

Giveaway tickets

Silver Wheel Giveaway Prizes: 

Investors who bought at least CHF100 worth of SwissBorg shares between Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, 20:00 PM CET, and Friday, March 31st, 2023, 20:00 PM CET, were eligible for the Silver Giveaway Wheel. Investors were able to get one Silver ticket for each CHF100 investment made, with a limit of five tickets per investor.

Investors who bought at least CHF1000 worth of SwissBorg shares between Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, 08:00 PM CET, and Friday, March 31st, 2023, 08:00 PM CET, were eligible for the Golden Giveaway Wheel. These investors received one Golden ticket for each CHF1000 investment made, with a limit of five tickets per investor.

We are giving some extra time for investors to spin the wheel, in order to make sure that our beloved shareholders all get to spin the wheel and collect their prizes, which we expect to distribute by mid-May.

Open World NFT Access

Everyone who invested in SwissBorg’s Series A during the private or public round before CHF 12M was reached, is eligible for the Open World NFT, granting them exclusive access to new areas and unique opportunities within the Open World.

CBorgs NFT

Any Series A investor who meets the requirements below is eligible for a free mint.

The process for Whitelisting will start in the second half of April.

• The mint is expected to take place by the end of Q2 2023.
• These NFTs will be the key to unlocking an amazing opportunity later this year that will change the future of SwissBorg. 

XBorg Seed Round

SwissBorg Series A participants who invested a minimum of CHF 200 are eligible for early access to the XBorg Seed Round investment opportunity at a 10% discount to the public, with a price of $0.05 and a cap of $200’000, as well as a $2000 cap per wallet.
