Complaints & reporting channels
Two separate routes. One for personal complaints about our service, one for reporting regulatory or ethical concerns.
File a Complaint
Unhappy with our service or a specific decision? A complaint form is available for download directly from the SwissBorg Support Center. Once submitted, you'll receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days and a final response within 35 business days, in line with our Complaints Handling Policy.

For confidential reports of regulatory non-compliance, misconduct or other concerns. End-to-end encrypted, anonymous if you choose.
