SwissBorg's Reporting Channel

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Our commitment to integrity

SwissBorg is committed to building a trusted, transparent, and responsible wealth management ecosystem. As a regulated company operating in the crypto-asset industry, we hold ourselves and everyone who acts on our behalf to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

This page sets out the principles that guide our conduct and the channels available to anyone who wishes to report a suspected breach. It reflects the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA) and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, and gives effect to BlockNodes SAS's internal Whistleblowing Policy.

Who can report

Anyone who has, or has had, a professional relationship with the company can report a suspected breach. This includes our suppliers and business partners.

What can be reported

The reporting channel is intended for breaches - that is any unethical, illegal, or inappropriate behavior or misconduct related to the company's activity. Examples of misconduct are listed below, but not limited to the following:

  • a legal, regulatory, fiscal or contractual breach;
  • behaviours with the potential to jeopardise users' assets and/or shareholders;
  • fraud, internal or external;
  • corruption;
  • damaging management, both from a financial and reputational point of view;
  • waste of the company's resources;
  • behaviours with the potential to jeopardise the health and safety of employees;
  • any other act or omission that may constitute a violation of good practices commonly accepted in the crypto and financial industry.

Customer-service issues and matters relating to the use of our products do not constitute breaches under this policy and should be submitted through our Help Center instead.

Internal reporting channel

SwissBorg encourages anyone with knowledge of a suspected breach to report their concerns through the dedicated internal channel.

Reports can be submitted by email to report@swissborg.com

This mailbox is monitored by a restricted group of authorised persons, and treated as strictly confidential. It supports written reports, secure dialog with the reporter and pseudonymous or anonymous submissions.

To allow us to investigate effectively, we ask that, where possible, your report includes:

  • a clear and factual description of the conduct of concern;
  • the persons or entities involved;
  • the date(s) and location(s) where the events occurred - the place and jurisdiction in which the act was committed or attempted is irrelevant for the purpose of this policy;
  • any supporting documents, communications, or other evidence (including circumstantial evidence);
  • where you choose to identify yourself, a means of contact to allow follow-up.

You are not required to hold technical expertise or to possess concrete and overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing. You are, however, expected to act in good faith, to provide complete and accurate information, and to limit the information you share to what is strictly necessary in relation to the reported facts.

External reporting - the AMF

In addition to, or instead of, the internal channel, you may report a suspected breach directly to the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF):

Reports to the AMF can be submitted either by name or anonymously. Reporters always retain the right to use the external channels provided under Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and its national transpositions, or under any equivalent national legislation.

Confidentiality and anonymity

Every report received through the internal channel is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. The identity of the whistleblower, the identity of any concerned person(s), and the content of the report are accessible only to the limited number of authorised persons in charge of handling the case. SwissBorg takes all necessary measures to keep this information confidential, in line with applicable data protection law.
