When are the vaults and what is their structuration?

All the Victoria VR vaults will open on Thursday, March 21st 2024. Here is a more detailed breakdown:

• 2.00pm CET: Premium Tiers (subscription currency $BORG)
• 2:30pm CET: Top 100 $BORG holders (subscription currency $USDC)
• 3:00pm CET: Top BORG holders (subscription currency $USDC)
• 3:30pm CET: Premium Tiers (subscription currency $USDC)

What is the price at which the VR tokens will be sold?

The exact price will be communicated on the day of the vaults, but it will be a discounted price from that found on the open market.

For how long are my tokens locked?

Tokens will be gradually released during the lockup period of 12 months.

How do I become eligible for the Premium Tiers vaults?

For the Premium tier vaults, you need to have at least 500 BORG tokens locked to unlock the lowest tier, Explorer Premium. Find more information about Premium tiers here.

How do I become eligible for the Top BORG Holders vault?

To access the Victoria VR Top BORG Holders vault, you need to hold a minimum of 22,000 BORG tokens. All BORG tokens in the SwissBorg app are taken into account (held in account, locked for Premium, locked in Alpha Deals, locked in Thematics).

Is there a minimum investment per user? How much is it?

The minimum investment is $50 or similar value in BORG tokens. The maximum investments are 1,000 BORG tokens for the first Premium tiers vault, 750 USDC for the second Premium tiers vault and 1,000 USDC for all Top BORG holder vaults.
