What is the CARV Alpha Deal?

The CARV Alpha Deal includes the purchase and the setup of CARV nodes on investors’ behalf. Investors will receive CARV rewards from these nodes. Rewards will be distributed to investors directly in the SwissBorg app every 5 months.

What Is Borger Rank and What Are the Vaults?

The Borger Journey is a loyalty program designed to enhance the SwissBorg experience for our valued users. Based on your BORG holdings, you are a member of one of the Borger camps. The higher the camp, the better the rewards and opportunities.

One of these perks is also eligibility for the Alpha Vaults. Based on your Borger camp you are eligible for one or more of the following vaults - Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond. You can find which vaults you are eligible for in the app.

What Are the Terms for Each Vault?

Can you tell me more about rewards? How and where will I receive them?

By investing in this vault, you become eligible to receive the CARV token rewards for 4 years after the token generation event (TGE). The CARV rewards received will be locked for 5 months, before it becomes liquid.

The rewards emission schedule is weighed in such a way that ensures a bigger token release in the beginning. Approximately 30% of the total reward supply will be released in the first 12 months after the TGE.

Taking into account also the 5 months vesting period, investors will receive approximately 30% of total reward supply, fully unlocked in the first 12 months. The rewards will be distributed every 5 months. The rewards will be deposited into your SwissBorg account.

Does SwissBorg retain an operating fee?

SwissBorg’s partner will take the fee according to the fee schedule in T&Cs.

What happens to the node NFT after four years?

SwissBorg will sell the NFTs at the end of the period, and the proceeds will be distributed to the investors. Please keep in mind, however, that we expect the value of the NFTs to be lower compared to today since all the guaranteed rewards will be paid out.

Does a successful investment provide you with the option to host your own node?

No. SwissBorg’s partner will operate and manage all the nodes on investor's behalf.
